cannabis infused green goddess salad dressing

THE GREENEST GREEN GODDESS DIP EVER!

greengoddess header2.jpg

This is just the best all-purpose sauce you can make. It’s good for roast meats, leafy salads, hot wings, carrot sticks and even guacamole! Add a little CBD for health and happiness or a little THC for fun, and make that Goddess smile!

You can make your own hemp ghee using my recipe or try our ready-made Green Gold hemp ghee which is perfect for cooking.

Some recipe hints and suggestions:

  • Add a half of an avocado and make this Green Goddess the most decadent vegetable dip you’ve ever had.

  • Add a serrano pepper or a half jalapeno (without the seeds!) to make that Goddess a Spicy Goddess! (I ALWAYS do this.)

  • This sauce lasts for a few days in the fridge and is actually yummier on the second day, so don’t hesitate to make it in advance or save left-overs.

  • Please be responsible and make sure everyone eating this infused ghee food, or any food made with canna ghee knows that they are eating cannabis. Surprises are not always fun when it comes to eating THC.

CANNABIS GREEN GODDESS SALAD DRESSING & DIP

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

goddess ingredients.jpg

INGREDIENTS:

1 small CLOVE OF GARLIC

¼ medium sized ONION or 1 SHALLOT or 1 GREEN ONION

½ of the juice of a lEMON

¾ cup of PLAIN YOGURT or Greek yogurt

½ cup CILANTRO leaves and some stems packed tight

½ cup PARSLEY leaves, NO stems, packed tight

1 tsp SALT

PEPPER to taste

2 tsp. room temperature CANNABIS INFUSED GHEE*

1 tsp. OLIVE OIL

Optional:

¼ cup of WATER if sauce is too thick

½ avocado

½ JALAPENO (no seeds) or a SERRANO PEPPER (for a SPICY GODDESS!)

*If you are using THC-rich ghee and it is on the stronger side, you might want to reduce this to 1 teaspoon and supplement with an extra teaspoon of olive oil. Especially, if you will only be two or three people eating the dip. Serving size is important when dealing with THC and this dip is so yummy it tends to get eaten without reservation…

KITCHEN STUFF:

Measuring cups and measuring spoons

Blender or Mixer of some sort

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Put all of your ingredients in your blender and make it blend! It should turn a nice, lovely green color. If it’s too thick, add a little water, a teaspoon at a time. If it is too watery add more parsley or even better, some avocado!

MAKES approximately 2 cups

SERVING SIZE:

3 to 4 tablespoons, but really, it’s hard to enforce so why try?

I put it everywhere! No finesse required!
