Mel Brooks is my spirit animal.

So, cards on the table, I love all of Mel Brooks’ movies. Blazing Saddles, History of the World Part I, Silent Movie, The Producers (the old one, not the musical), High Anxiety… Even Space Balls is great (dont @ me!), but there is a special place in my heart for Young Frankenstein. Gene Wilder, Teri Garr, Madeline Kahn, Marty Feldman, Gene Hackman, Peter Boyle… all at peak silliness with one of Brooks’ best scripts- you are going to love this movie!
